1. Publisher & scope
AJI ("we", "us" or "our") publishes Roller Coaster: Park Tycoon, Android package com.sunryl.rollercoastertyphoon. This policy covers the game, its connected features, support correspondence and this privacy-policy page.
The game is free and currently contains no advertisements or in-app purchases. Building and managing your park is available offline. When the device is online, configured account and game-configuration services may connect automatically, even if optional analytics is off.
2. Information the game handles
Local saves and preferences
The game stores your park layout, coaster designs, simulation progress, settings, a player identifier and privacy choices on your device. Save backups and recovery copies may also be stored locally. Device or operating-system backup settings can separately affect these files.
Online identity and Google Play Games
When configured online services are available, Unity Authentication can create or restore a device player account at startup. "Anonymous" sign-in means that you do not need to enter a name or email into the game; it still uses a unique player ID and authentication/session tokens.
Google Play Games connection is optional. If you connect it, Google and Unity process the account identifiers and authorization information needed to sign in or link your player account. The game can display your Play Games profile name. You enter any Google credentials through Google's sign-in system; the game does not ask for your Google password.
Game configuration and technical information
Firebase Remote Config retrieves settings such as starting cash, visitor limits, milestones and online-feature availability. It can operate while analytics is off. Firebase services process installation identifiers and technical information, such as app and SDK versions, operating system, language, country and time-zone information. Online requests also expose an IP address and connection information to the receiving service. Authentication and other online providers may keep service and security logs.
Optional usage analytics
Firebase Analytics collection starts disabled. If you enable it, it processes app-instance identifiers, standard app/device and session information, and game events. Game events include starting or continuing a park, placing a building, applying a track, ending a day, reaching a milestone, publishing a park and starting or ending a visit. Event details can include the action, item type, game day, ride count and numeric game values.
The game's custom analytics events do not include your park name, park layout or Unity player ID. Advertising-ID collection and advertising-personalization consent are disabled in the game's configuration.
Public parks
Choosing Publish public park uploads a snapshot to Unity Cloud Save and a community-directory entry to Unity Leaderboards. Shared information includes your player ID, park name, ride count, publication time, building layout and settings, and coaster designs. The snapshot excludes your private cash balance and staff progress and resets customer and revenue counters.
Published parks are public. Other players can access and download them. Avoid personal or sensitive information in a park name. A player ID is an identifier, not a password, and becomes visible with a public park.
Support requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as a player ID, message, screenshot or diagnostic log. Send only information needed to explain your request.
3. Why information is used
- Save and restore your local progress and preferences.
- Authenticate player accounts and support an optional Google Play Games connection.
- Publish, find, visit and withdraw public parks.
- Deliver game configuration and maintain service reliability and security.
- Understand game usage and improve the game when you enable analytics.
- Answer support and privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, optional analytics relies on your consent. Core service processing is used to provide the features you use; necessary reliability, security and support processing may rely on legitimate interests, and legally required processing on legal obligations, subject to applicable law and your rights.
4. Providers & information sharing
The game uses the following services. Providers handle information under their applicable service terms and privacy notices.
| Provider | Purpose & privacy information |
|---|---|
| Google / Firebase | Remote Config, installation services and optional Analytics. Firebase privacy information and Google Privacy Policy. |
| Google Play Games | Optional Google player sign-in and profile connection. Google Privacy Policy. |
| Unity Gaming Services | Authentication, public Cloud Save snapshots and a Leaderboards-based park directory. Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. |
Information is sent to providers as needed for these functions. Public park information is shared with other players when you publish it. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or secure the services. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
5. How long information is kept
Local saves and preferences remain until replaced, removed by the game or deleted through device storage controls. Operating-system backups can have their own retention settings.
A public park snapshot remains until it is replaced, successfully withdrawn or removed through an applicable deletion request. Withdrawing a park marks its directory entry as withdrawn; a technical record containing the player ID may remain. Copies already obtained by other players cannot be recalled by the game.
Online identity records remain while the corresponding account exists, unless deleted or retained for a permitted legal or security purpose. Analytics records, configuration-service records, provider logs and backup copies are subject to the relevant service's retention settings and deletion processes. Retention can differ by service and record type.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, resolve related issues and meet applicable legal or security requirements. Contact us for information about retention or to request deletion of information associated with you.
6. Your choices & deletion requests
The game's Parks & Online panel provides these controls:
- Analytics on/off: optional analytics is off initially. Turning it off stops future optional collection; it does not erase previously uploaded records.
- Reset device analytics data: disables analytics and resets local analytics data and its app-instance identifier. This is not server-side deletion and does not delete your park or online account.
- Google Play Games / Not now: you can play without linking Google. This choice does not disable all configured online services or Remote Config.
- Stop sharing my park: removes the public snapshot and marks the directory entry withdrawn when successful. If the game reports a partial failure, reconnect and retry. It does not delete your online account.
Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it can remove local progress and settings. This may be irreversible and does not, by itself, erase provider-held account or public-park records. A device backup may retain a separate copy.
Request account or data deletion
Email AJI at austonads@gmail.com with the subject Privacy or deletion request — Roller Coaster: Park Tycoon. Say whether you want your game account, public park, analytics information or support correspondence deleted. Include your player ID if known so the relevant records can be identified.
We may need reasonable verification before changing account records. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, provider capabilities and any required legal retention. If some information must be retained, we will explain the applicable reason.
Email a privacy requestDeleting a game account does not delete your Google account. A shared-park withdrawal or device analytics reset is a separate action from full account deletion.
7. Security & international processing
Connected services use encrypted transport and provider authentication mechanisms. Local game data is stored in the app's device storage. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Google and Unity operate internationally. Depending on their infrastructure and service configuration, information may be processed outside your country. Their privacy notices explain their international processing and transfer safeguards. Contact us if you need further information about transfers associated with the game.
8. Children & teenagers
The game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Applicable privacy and consent ages can be higher in some locations. If you are below the age at which you may consent to optional data processing in your location, do not enable optional analytics without any required parent or guardian authorization.
If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can investigate and address the information. Parents and guardians may also contact us with privacy or deletion requests.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent affects future consent-based processing and does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Use the contact below to exercise applicable rights. We may request information needed to locate your records and verify the request. These rights can have exceptions under applicable law.
10. This privacy-policy website
This page contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, embedded third-party media or cookie-based tracking. Its hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and secure the page. Following a provider link takes you to that provider's website and privacy practices. Using an email link opens your email service.
11. Policy updates & contact
We may update this policy as the game or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required, material changes will be communicated and any necessary consent obtained before new processing begins.
